Friends of JCDS is building the Floyd Street Apartments, a 17‑unit affordable and inclusive community in Downtown Overland Park that will provide homes for 19 residents, most earning below 30% of Area Median Income (AMI).
This project is 50% funded, but we still need to close the gap.
